Logical Faults - Accidental deletions

Electrical Faults - Damaged PCB
- Disk appears dead		 $450

The higher price is usually when 1 or more of the 3 larger chips on the PCB is burnt or blistered.
Firmware Faults - Disk incorrectly reported in BIOS
- Disk no longer accessible
- Disk boot failure
- Operating System cannot be found		 $750
Minor Mechanical Faults - Disk functions intermittently but we are able to stablise it to recover the data without internal repair

Major Mechanical Faults - Heads clicking / clanking
- Motor seizure

If your disk has previously been opened, we charge an additional $400 to examine the disk. This is regardless of outcome because of the reduced possibility of success.
