How do we promote your services to our customers?
There are two approaches:
You can refer your clients to us, we can supply you with our leaflets to hand-out
Alternatively you can promote data recovery as an additional service of your company, collect the media from your client and forward to us, in this instance we only deal with your company.
In either instance the commission is the same.
Can we attempt to recover data ourselves?
A: Our agreement is intended to be of mutual benefit. There are no restrictions on either party. We merely recommend leaving data recovery to experts as attempting yourself can reduce the the chances of success and increase the recovery costs. There is usually only one chance to successfully recover data.
Will Toba Data initiate further contact with our customers after the recovery?
A: No, we only keep their details on our customer database for accounting and invoicing purposes, we will not make any further contact.
